Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time may be extended during periods of high order volume.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Shipping Options and Rates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Express Shipping

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are determined during checkout. If a shipping method is unavailable for your address, contact support@ironfixtools.com before placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays and Tracking

IRONFIX Tools is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact support@ironfixtools.com with your order number.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
A description of the problem

We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution.

Wholesale Orders

Shipping arrangements for wholesale, distributor, pallet, or bulk orders may differ from standard online orders. Contact support@ironfixtools.com for a shipping quotation.
